Something you don't get to read about very often is the job of the old surveyors. An article that covers the Greenville Treaty in the surveyors magazine describes the completing the survey for the treaty line. I don't know what the surveyors of today would think of how it was done back then. The story is in two parts and both are posted on the following link.
